Mark ran his own property, finance and business law practice before joining the firm in 2011.
Mark was responsible for a successful solicitor’s mortgage practice for many years and still attends to the legal due diligence and loan security requirements of many private lenders and is the Responsible Manager of an ASIC licensed mortgage lender, Surefire Capital.
Mark’s clients range from individuals and families to medium-sized enterprises with many different personal and commercial needs in relation to their asset structuring, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and funding requirements.
His extensive experience allows Mark to provide practical and well-informed advice as a trustworthy lawyer to his clients who value his expertise, ethics and reliability.
