Philip has been practising predominantly in commercial law since 1979. He has extensive experience in all aspects of business operations, from formation of start ups and setting up trading terms through to advising on internal relationships with employees, and external relationships with business partners. He has also advised on corporate reorganizations and insolvency.

Before completing his law degree, Philip worked for 5 years in a listed finance company where he gained invaluable knowledge of all aspects of the operations of an Australian finance company.
