The Opportunity

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Director of People & Culture reporting directly to a highly regarded and innovative partnership team who will play an active role in developing the people and cultural growth of the firm.

This fully autonomous role will see you partnering with leaders to provide quality HR advice with a key focus on cultural strategic planning, growth and improvement opportunities, end to end recruitment, leadership, development and cultural change initiatives.

No two days will be the same as you find yourself working collaboratively across the firm on a wide range of people and culture advice with a level of flexibility and solutions focused service.

This role is dynamic and as such you will be intimately involved in the planning of your day-to-day responsibilities.

About You

This role would suit a human resources professional who has a solid experience across most facets of the human resources function and who is passionate about what they do.  

You will also be highly motivated, organised, energetic and possess a demonstrated commitment to delivering exemplary support and providing sound advice to stakeholders within the firm, while successfully managing conflicting priorities and tight timeframes, and you will have 4-5 years relevant experience within a professional services organisation.

You will be someone who is approachable and a confident communicator. Teamwork should come naturally to you and above all else, you must be committed to delivering the best outcomes and take a flexible approach to delivering outcomes that meet the needs of all stakeholders.  You will have an understanding of the core principles of HR and OH&S legislation, it’s principals, policies and procedures and how it translates in the workplace.  You are able to identify where change is important and required and make the appropriate recommendations for such change.
