marshalls+dent+wilmoth lawyers is looking for a career Receptionist to be part of their dedicated team.  We are seeking someone with previous reception experience within a professional services environment, who is self-motivated, organised and has excellent client service and communication skills.

As part of the small reception team you will provide reception services to the firm.  You will be required to professionally greet clients, answer phone calls in a polite manner and forward calls to the respective departments.

You will also perform various front desk duties including handling and re-directing deliveries, booking and managing meeting rooms, managing and ordering stationary, as well as assisting with in-house functions.

Previous legal office experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
