Evelyn has recently been involved in complex business restructures, company acquisitions, commercial leasing matters, contractual matters, corporate advisory work, sales of commercial and residential developments and various settlement negotiations.
She is currently working on a variety of interesting high profile broad commercial matters, including Climate Change practice, forestry rights and agreements, agribusiness projects and purchases, climate change law and plantation matters.
Evelyn joined the firm as a Law Clerk in June 2019 and was promoted to a Lawyer position in February 2020.
Since joining the firm, she has worked in commercial and property law assisting property developers, start-up companies, businesses, corporate landlords and tenants.
