Fleur holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and was admitted to practice in April 2010. Since her admission, she has worked almost exclusively in the commercial litigation sphere and has represented clients in a large number of commercial litigation proceedings across all Victorian and Federal Court jurisdictions, including the High Court of Australia.

Fleur has acted for a large range of clients from private individuals and large corporations in matters involving mining rights, mortgage disputes, deceased estates, building and construction, coronial inquests, contractual disputes, medical negligence and debt recovery.

Fleur also has particular experience in the administrative law sphere, representing registered training organisations (RTOs) in proceedings before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and in disputes involving the Commonwealth regulatory body (the Australian Skills Quality Authority) and various State government departments with regard to issues of compliance and funding agreements.

During 2012 and 2013, Fleur lived in France where she was employed by the French Education Department as an English language assistant to secondary school students and also held a position as a seasonal law lecturer at the Université Jean Monnet in St- Étienne, lecturing in legal policy and training law students for the Cambridge ESOL examinations.
