Hayley is a Senior Associate in our Wills and Estates team and oversees our firm’s Mornington office. Hayley’s clients depend on her diverse knowledge of estate planning, deceased estates and estate litigation.

Background
Hayley advises clients in a number of different areas of law but her main focus is wills, estates, estate litigation and trust law.
Hayley’s areas of experience and expertise include:
- Drafting basic and complex wills and advising on estate planning
- Estate planning for blended families
- Preparing enduring/general powers of attorney and appointment of medical treatment decision maker documents
- Preparing company powers of attorney
- Succession planning and preparing/amending trust deeds
- Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration
- Administering deceased estates
- Will disputes and estate litigation cases, including testator family maintenance/family provision claims
- Breach of fiduciary duty cases
- Superannuation death benefit disputes
Hayley joined the firm as a lawyer after working as a teacher and then a senior political staffer for a number of years.
She has extensive experience in policy development and research.
