Since commencing his role at marshalls+dent+wilmoth, James has worked exclusively in the family law jurisdiction. He has experience in a range of family law matters, including:
- Parenting and financial matters.
- Child support matters.
- Divorce matters.
- Family Violence Intervention Order matters.
James completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne in December 2016 and a graduate Juris Doctor (JD) law degree in June 2020.
In 2020 and 2021, James worked as Deputy Associate to the Honourable Justice McNab in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia / Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. This gave him an invaluable foundation in Family Law.
He was admitted to practice in August 2021 and commenced his role at marshalls+dent+wilmoth in October 2021.
