Since being admitted Kelly has worked predominantly on the Mornington Peninsula assisting clients with a diverse range of Family Law matters, including parenting matters, financial and superannuation matters, and financial agreements.
Kelly has a keen interest in assisting clients achieve a favourable outcome without the need for prolonged litigation.
Kelly has strong advocacy experience in both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Kelly has been practising in family law for seven years, and provides practical and timely advice for her clients. She is empathetic and understands the stress involved for parties experiencing separation.
Kelly is a former president of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers’ Association.
