Kelly is a Lawyer & Collaborative Practitioner and Managing Lawyer of our Mornington office.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is currently completing her Masters in Family Law.
Since being admitted Kelly has worked predominantly on the Mornington Peninsula assisting clients with a diverse range of Family Law matters, as well as wills and probate matters. She has strong advocacy experience in both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Kelly has a keen interest in assisting clients achieve a favourable outcome without the need for prolonged litigation.
Kelly is the president of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers' Association as well as a committee member of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers’ Association.
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Music, a Graduate Diploma of Education, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Hayley joined marshalls+dent+wilmoth in February 2018 after working as a teacher and then a senior political staffer for a number of years. She has extensive experience in policy development and research.
After undertaking a law clerkship with marshalls+dent+wilmoth, Hayley was admitted to legal practice in May 2018. Hayley practises predominantly in our Mornington office, helping clients in a number of different areas of law including family law and wills and estates.
Hayley is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers’ Association.
