On 1 October, Victorian practices, marshalls+dent and Wilmoth Field Warne, announce their merger to create the new firm, marshalls+dent+wilmoth.

“We are excited and pleased about this development,” says Euan Luff, Principal of Wilmoth Field Warne.

“The new firm provides a strong commercial team, a substantially larger litigation team, an expanded family law team with accredited specialists, and of course, marshalls+dents renowned media and intellectual property arm.”

Steeped in history, the firms boast roots from 1975 and 1869, respectively.

“We have been watching the practice of Wilmoth Field Warne for awhile. marshalls+dent+wilmoth will operate from marshalls+dent’s existing offices located in Melbourne, Mornington, Williamstown and Wodonga.
