Background
Kate has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law including property matters, children’s matters, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and child support.
Kate’s objective is to achieve the best outcomes for her clients in a practical and understanding manner.
Kate is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Victorian Family Law Rising Star for 2020.
Kate has practiced exclusively in family law since her admission in 2010. Before her admission, Kate worked as a Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Young and the Honourable Justice Cronin in the Family Court of Australia. This gave her an invaluable foundation in family law.
Kate joined the firm in 2013. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2014 and to Special Counsel in 2020.
