Experience
Background
Since his admission to practice in 2019, Damien has worked exclusively in the family law jurisdiction. He has experience in a range of family law matters, including:
- Complex financial matters involving trust and corporate interests.
- Child support matters.
- Parenting matters.
- Family violence intervention order matters.
Damien completed a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University in February 2019 and was admitted to practice in August 2019.
During his studies, he undertook work experience in family law with the Deakin community legal service, working predominantly on property matters. He also completed an internship with the Victoria Law Foundation in 2018.
