– Estate planning (providing advice on succession issues for individuals, businesses and family trusts);
– Probate and administration of estates (applications for Probate/Letters of Administration; resolving disputes between beneficiaries and executors, administering both complex and simple estates);
– Commercial law (reviewing, advising and negotiating contracts for individuals, public and private companies);
– ASIC investigations.
