Justin is a Senior Associate in our Family Law team and practises predominantly in our Benalla office.
Experience
Background
Since relocating to the North East in 2017, Justin has taken a particular interest in the diverse issues faced by parties in regional family law matters, including the difficulties of parental relocation, and the impact of family violence firearm suspensions on farmers.
Justin was admitted in 2014 after transferring his qualification from the UK.
Justin practices across the family law, family violence and summary adult crime jurisdictions. He is a Victoria Legal Aid panel lawyer and has extensive experience in complex property and parenting matters.
He appears regularly in both Federal and State Courts, and is a passionate and effective advocate.
Justin joined the MDW team in June 2022.
