Lee is Special Counsel to our Commercial and Property Law teams. Lee has a wealth of experience advising clients throughout the life cycle of their projects, including preparing and negotiating building, construction and consultants contracts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and managing construction projects disputes as to practical completion, critical path delays and liquidated damages.

Lee has worked for more than seven years with the ACCC’s Melbourne office and for several years with Tattersall’s Ltd, managing its franchising system for more than 900 franchisees. Lee has significant industry experience with FMCG, franchising, retail petroleum, lotteries/gaming and elite football (FFA and FIFA issues).
