MDW attends the Cannes Film Festival and Marché du Film May 18, 2023

Running for over 70 years, the Cannes Film Festival, located in Cannes, France, is one of the biggest film festivals in the world. This year, the festival will run from 16 – 27 May, during which a variety of new French and highly anticipated international films will be screened. 

The Cannes Marché du Film will also run during this time, providing an opportunity for industry professionals from around the world to meet and further the industry’s creative agenda. With an expected historic attendance of over 13,500 attendees, Cannes is undoubtedly the place to be for film and television’s creative professionals during the month of May.

Principal, Bryce Menzies and Lawyer, Miet Engelhardt will be attending the festival and the marché on behalf of Marshalls + Dent + Wilmoth Lawyers. This will be a great opportunity for our team to get an update on current industry trends, grow our international network and meet with a variety of professional experts in their respective fields.
