Boasting some of Australia’s best known venture capital investors on their share register including Hezi and Gabby Leibovich and Ruslan Kogan, this latest round will enable the company to continue on their exciting growth trajectory.

mdw were engaged in all aspects of the round, including providing general strategic guidance and drafting and negotiating all foundation documents and investment documents as well as ancillary corporate documentation and secretarial work.
