- The sale of the 65 room Adina Hotel (which comprises popular whisky bar Eau-De-Vie) in Flinders Street, Melbourne
- Acted for Singaporean based Wee Hur Group on its $35 million purchase of 183 -189 A’Beckett Street, Melbourne
- Acted for vendor in sale of Urban Hotel, Brisbane
- Acted for syndicate of private investors in $35 million purchase of the Northcote Central Shopping Centre.
- Acted for the sale of the Grand Hotel, Melbourne.
- Advised Raadas in relation to the development of the Vibe Hotel, Hobart and subsequent management agreements
- Advised on and established the management agreements for the Ridges Hotel, St Kilda
- Advised on the re-branding of Sheraton Geelong to Novotel Geelong
- Advised on the re-branding of the new Pullman on Swanston Hotel, Melbourne
