His experience includes:

• advising private companies (including national groups) on the divestment / acquisition of businesses and corporate entities;
• advising logistic companies on fleet management agreements, complex leasing arrangements (including port leases in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane), service terms and facility agreements;
• acting for medical groups in the sale / acquisition of medical practices;
• advising national and local sporting clubs on sponsorship arrangements, corporate governance, and club licences;
• advising on incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures; and
• advising landowners on infrastructure leases (including telecommunications and wind turbines).

More recently, Giuseppe has advised on a range of significant private transactions, including the sale of a large medical practice to a national group, the corporate sale of a body corporate manager, and the sale of a national transport and logistic business, business sales and acquisitions.
