German-speaking lawyer Nicolina Lademann graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in German language and literature.
Her extensive litigation experience spans commercial, property, employment and estate and guardianship matters in the Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates Court, Federal Magistrates Court, the Fair Work Commission and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
Nicolina’s keen interest in AFL grass roots football saw her appointed as the first female board member to the Board of the Northern Football League in early 2012. She is also member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Litigation Lawyers – Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee where she applies her considerable legal skills to working towards improvement and change to alternate dispute resolution policy for Victorian lawyers. Nicolina was appointed as a Ministerial Member of the Firearms Appeals Committee (Victoria) in 2016 and as a board member for the not for profit organisation, Wear for Success in 2018.
