Thank you Day November 1, 2021

marshalls+dent+wilmoth have offered all our staff a “Thank you Day” on Monday, 1 November 2021 after experiencing a very challenging 20 months of lockdown and restrictions. Throughout this period, all of our staff have worked tirelessly to support our clients and friends of the firm during this difficult period.

The partners have encouraged our staff to take this day off and not to work, and to recharge, re-energise and spend time with their families and friends.

Managing Partner Jeffrey Pinch commented “With nearly all our staff working from home over the last 20 months, our staff have faced various challenges associated with this pandemic with their personal situations, whether that be through the challenges of home schooling, young lawyers working from home or being separated from their loved ones. Despite these challenges our staff have stepped up to the challenge and no matter what is going on personally for them, they have continued to put their best foot forward to look after our clients.”

In recognition of this, the MDW Partnership have given all staff an extra annual leave day to say “Thank you” for all they have done to support our clients.
