  • The sale of the heritage listed Duke of Wellington Hotel and the adjoining office tower in Russell Street, Melbourne
  • The sale of the 65 room Adina Hotel (which comprises popular whisky bar Eau-De-Vie) in Flinders Street, Melbourne
  • Acted for Singaporean based Wee Hur Group on its $35 million purchase of 183 -189 A’Beckett Street, Melbourne
  • Acted for vendor in sale of Urban Hotel, Brisbane
  • Acted for syndicate of private investors in $35 million purchase of the Northcote Central Shopping Centre.
  • Acted for the sale of the Grand Hotel, Melbourne.
  • Advised Raadas in relation to the development of the Vibe Hotel, Hobart and subsequent management agreements
  • Advised on and established the management agreements for the Ridges Hotel, St Kilda
  • Advised on the re-branding of Sheraton Geelong to Novotel Geelong
  • Advised on the re-branding of the new Pullman on Swanston Hotel, Melbourne

The group has also developed on expertise in advising in strata tourism facilities such as hotels and service apartments including:
