Nicolina Lademann presents at the Pathway to the Boardroom workshop September 11, 2019

Principal, Nicolina Lademann had the pleasure of presenting at the “Pathway to the Boardroom” workshop organised by Business in Heels and sponsored by marshalls+dent+wilmoth lawyers.

Presenter Jo Plummer explored ways of how to get a seat to the boardroom table, attributes of a great director, the challenges of the Executive to Director leap, how and where to get started and the value of professional mentoring.

Nicolina provided information about the key legal and regulatory requirements of a board director and what to consider in the journey to the boardroom.

The workshop was held at marshalls+dent+wilmoth lawyers in Melbourne on Tuesday 12 September.
