Women in Law Sparkling Joy Function May 10, 2019

Principal Margaret Neal, Principal Lawyer Judy Heeps, Senior Associate Briget O’Callaghan and Lawyers Stephanie Pickworth and Marco Angele attended the “Women in Law Sparkling Joy” event hosted by Svenson Barristers in conjunction with Victorian Women Lawyers and Lumas Gallery to support a great charity ”Fitted for Work”.

Fitted for Work is a not-for-profit dedicated to helping women who are disadvantaged to find work and keep it. This covers in particular women who are victims of domestic violence, homeless women, women leaving the prison system and women over the age of 55 years.

The event provided an opportunity to donate unwanted work wear items and make up to spark joy for women entering or trying to stay in the workplace.

The event was held on 9 May at Lumas Gallery, Richmond.
